5/3 Craigs' Light but planable

I'm going to buck the NOAA forecast today and say that DC will have 8/16M conditions today
from 1 until 4, and probably better down by the dam. Air temps in the low 60s. Sulfur Creek with
very cool 8M sails Noon until 4 (air temps about 50).

Tomorrow very similar to today, but with &m sails at Sulfur PM.

Sunday a little stronger planable day at DC and Sulfur.
