6/11 Craig's Surprise Wind on a Windless Day

generating that, but I don't see enough storm energy to cause it, so going with
a couple of hours of planable wind there. Also the DC predictor is up, so going with
Some 8/16 from 1 until 4.
Tomorrow and Sunday look like 8/16M thermals at DC PM.
