There are some think cloud banks out there this AM with rain in them, but if you can avoid the rain,

Grantsville with 6/12M conditions until Noon. Willard with 7/14M conditions 10 until 3. DC and Jordanelle
with 7/14M conditions (and very gusty) 11 until 3. Sulfur Creek with 8/16M conditions noon until 5.
Utah Lake is actually the best bet with North 6/12M condition (and maybe a little better) from 3 until 7 PM,
and there may be some clearing in-between cloud bands during that time also. With all the rain
you'll need to keep a weather eye out as downdrafts and squalls could happen anywhere.

Tomorrow, UL 8/16 PM is the only potential.

Thursday, windless.
