DC looks like the call for 8/16M conditions, but you should get that from Noon until 2,
because after that it looks rainy and really gusty.
Tomorrow, try DC from 4 until 6 as the rain clears out for 8/16M conditions.
Thursday, yet more rain and unsailably gusty winds.
