There are some open spots in the IR this afternoon, so it's possible
that DC may get enough sun for 8/16 from Noon until 5, but it's all pretty dynamic,
and there could be some t-heads and rain to watch out for.
Tomorrow, too much rain for any good windriding
Saturday continued rain and plummeting temps, not good for windriding.
