8/29 Deer Creek IB 4.5m, Slingshot Windfoil board

Arrived a Deer Creek to see a handful of kiters and Jim out planing on the water at Island Beach. I rigged a 4.5m sail and just as I was going out Jim had come in and was calling it a day. I got 15 minutes of good foiling in right of the bat then it backed off, it seemed that Jim had used up most of the wind! I stayed out with an occasional gust coming through(enough to foil) for the next hour. Just as I was headed back to the beach to call it quits it picked up and I ended up getting 40 minutes of good foiling in to end the day.

I kite-foiled upwind from BWB to see you winfoiling. What a treat. You were doing some very stylish foiling jibes. It was fun to watch. Hope to see you out more.
