Sprinkled twice on way to lake so wasn’t sure. You know winter is approaching when you get there at 7:00 and you have to wait for the sunrise. But plenty of wind. A little up and down for Grants but would probably seem solid steady at the other lakes we frequent. Used the 112L for early planing and the 6.0 to make it through some really strong wind lines. Got plenty of full speed rips. Getting ready to go around the front of a fishing boat but didn’t quite get on a plane. Went 15 yards behind him and still caught his line. I got my body tangled in it when I jumped off then Greg came by on his foil and ripped the lure off the end. Probably saved me from getting stuck with a trebble hook. The fisherman didn’t seem upset as I struggled to get untangled beside his pontoon (he was frustrated because there was so much wind). Mike M went out on his 6.5 and Greg I think was on his 3.7. Duane B showed up later to foil. By 9:40 it was dying back and was totally gone by 10:30. Still, great wind for this time of year.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
