The NWS was calling for NW wind, so prospects didn't look good, but about 2 the leaves started rustling, and the wind vane was pointing SW. Went to the beach expecting to rig a 6.0, or maybe a 7, but when I got there, it quickly became apparent that a 5.0 would be a better call for foiling. Fairly steady wind by DC standards. Water temp in the low 50s, air about the same. Water level still amazingly high for this time of year.
