As of 1:30 things weren't looking good, but then a very light breeze started to kick in. I knew that Dave O' was at IB, so I headed on down, and by the time I got there he was already rigged and on the water with a 5.0 and his foil board. Looked like a good call, so I chose a similar set up. We both got a couple of hours of well powered foiling. Definitely a bonus day considering the forecast!
