No foils this time. SW wind started coming up about noon. By the time I got to IB, the lake was solid whitecaps. So much for trying to learn winging :x More than adequately powered for slalom sailing with the 6.0. By DC standards, the wind was quite steady. Water temp about 65ºF. Walk to the water still only about 20 yards. Part of the floating playground was in place when I arrived, and more was being prepared on shore.
