The wind got off to a bit of a late start (about 2:30) and built gradually, culminating in a 20 MPH gust at 4. Three windsurfers. Two of us rigged 8.5s, which worked pretty well. The wind was, as always at DC, gusty, but perhaps a bit less so than usual. Planable gusts continued until about 6:30. The water level is now at the base of the concrete ramps where the floating docks will be anchored. Surprisingly little floating debris. Water temp measured 51 F (but it felt colder!)
