Time to kick off the UT wind season, and is Sir Goudie back?

Troy is hankering for G Ville on Wed, wondering if he senses wind...and speaking of wind gods, is Mr. Goudie going to grace these pages for 2020?

Greetings John,

I confess, I've been holding off due to the Governers requests(at least that's my story).
Usually I start mid March, but now it's May. Since there seems to be some interest,
I'll start forecasting this coming week (If I remember).
