Hopeful for Provo boat harbor, (SSB and Lincoln too), starting somewhere around mid to late afternoon Saturday. Keep an eye on the indicators. Say yes, Craig, say yes. At least say maybe. Kenny? Marty?

Gorge 7/20 - 7/28 4.2 to 5.0

Postby rob smith » Fri Jul 27, 2007 4:24 pm

Hopefully some wind flows from the Gorge to SLC. It has been windy here. There are quite a few Utah plates around different sites (quite disproportionately so). Beautiful warm days with cooler evenings. Its amazing how some things have changed (e.g. the way we spend our off hours, camping etc.) but some are status quo since the late '80's. I have seen Sarah, Linda, Jason, Reagan, Craig, Gunnars, Melinda and a few others (some recovering from the Utah get-together at Safeway). Rob

Lucky dog. How long are you staying up there, Rob? Meanwhile Provo is a bit less promising for today than it was. See Craig's post.

Back in town after 5 days of sailing til I tweaked my mcl. I think its just contused. It was a slow weird fall when the wind died on a jibe and kind of fell back twisting the knee. Anyway, sounds like everyone has had good wind. I will stay off it for a while then resume the quest.
