10/4 Craig's Where to Ride

Postby Craig Goudie » Wed Oct 04, 2017 3:25 am

Wildly gusty winds today with rain mixed in at times. Grantsville looks to have AM
6M sail conditions then lull around Noon, then More SW winds PM until 5.
DC with 6/12M conditions 11 until 4, but a big ramp up around Noon might see even stronger
winds for a couple of hours. Willard with 5/10M conditions Noon until 4. A North
switch at UL that gives up 6/12M conditions from 4 until dusk, and Sulfur Creek with
4M sail conditions from Noon until 5. T-heads and rain will mix with sun for even more
wild gusts than usual, so be careful out there. At least air temps will climb into the 60s.

Tomorrow, North wind at UL late afternoon through evening in the 7/14 M range. Some sun and air temps
in the low 60s. Sulfur Creek with steadier than usual 7M sail conditions.

Friday, residual planable North wind at UL
