The lake was covered by whitecaps when I got there at 1:30 and I was able to get 30 minutes of great rides on the 7.0 and 115L. But then instead of increasing to 20 like the 4 weather services said it would it died back. On with the 8.5 for a ton of rides the rest of the afternoon. Quit at 5:00 when a bolt of lightning from a stray cloud hit near the farmhouses. I couldn’t get back to land fast enough. Sulfur is gorgeous this time of year and I wished I had brought the motor home. Shared the lake with 2 boats, 2 jetskis, and a kayaker trying to paddle fast enough to troll a fishing line.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
