DC looks to have gusty 7/14M action from Noon until 3 or 4. Rush with maybe a few planable puffs on huge gear this AM until
1PM if you're lucky. Air temps in the low 50s under partly cloudy moving to mostly cloudy skies .
Tomorrow, more solid North wind at UL and Rush PM. Look for 6/12M afternoon conditions with air temps again in
the low 50s.
Sunday, yet another 6/12M North afternoon at Rush ad UL.
