DC might give up some puffy planers in the 8/16M range for an hour around 1, but the best bet
is probably Utah Lake for gusty WNW 6/12M conditions from 3 until 6.
Tomorrow looks like 8/16 at DC PM.
Saturday, another shot at planable conditions at DC.
