18M North Kite desperation at Rush from 2 until 5, and desperation N 9/18M conditions at UL.
Tomorrow, Grantsville AM 8M sail conditions, DC PM 8/16M sail conditions, and the best
bet actually Sulfur for 7M sail conditions PM.
Friday timing will be key, but it looks like strong North wind late at UL and semi-strong
wind at Sulfur.
