DC. At 4 AM, I'm going with yes to 9/18 from 3PM until 6PM. Might be a t-head or 2 in the PM and what
passes for smokiness in your neck of the woods.
Tomorrow, even more t-heads. Will there be planable wind at DC? I'm going
with the enigmatic Gunars answer. "If you don't go, you won't sail"
Saturday, continued weak SW flow and a marginal temp differential ............so maybe :*)
