have reasonable 7M sail conditions until 11 AM. DC could get some 7/14 incredibly gusty holey
conditions between t-heads and heavy rain. Frankly I think that's too dangerous to ride.
Tomorrow and Friday, any wind possible will be poor quality, better to wait (or head for Hood River).
