Craig's Where To Ride 11/6
A beauty day today, and a little wind to go with it. Look for AM Grantsville in the 6M range
till about Noon and be prepared for cold conditions even with the sunshine. DC looking pretty good
for 7.5/14 conditions from about 3 PM till 6, and air temps hitting the upper 50s.
Tomorrow looks similar but even stronger for 5.5 at Grants AM (and still frigid), and the DC
PM which will likely be gustier and up around Noon in the 7/12M range for several hours and
low 60s air temps. Might be your last chance for liquid water, because............
Monday the nice weather turns foul as the front passes, and the high move East. DC will probably
go off in the 5/10M range around 11AM, but it will be really gusty and deteriorate rapidly with
a rainy/snowy mix and low 40s air temps. UL will also have planable late afternoon North
wind under rainy 45 degree skies in the 14M range at Lincoln and ULSSB, if you have a space suit to go
with your Kite. I'd recommend waiting for some snow kiting.
