West sail conditions 3-6PM. Rush, 14M North moss rides 3-6PM. UL Lincoln a late North dinner sesh
7-9PM 12M. DC 8/16M SW conditions 2-4PM. Kiters be extra careful and watch for looming T-head, lightning,
and strong shifting winds in the afternoon.
Tomorrow, the air dries out and goes dead.
