The best wind today will probably be 4.5 sail conditions at Sulfur Creek, if you have a space suit to survive the 45 degree max air temps. For those with less of a death wish, Willard looks to have 6.5/12M conditions until about 1 PM with rain and cool air temps. DC will
pump out some gusty SW 6/12M conditions starting early around 11AM,
and just as rainy and cold as elsewhere. The wind at DC will devolve
to wild gusts and holes by 3 or 4PM. By late afternoon, there's potential
for Rush to go North in the 6/12M range, and by that time most of
the rain will have cleared out, and the air temps might flirt with
mid 60s.

Tomorrow, and Tuesday look like good potential for DC thermals
in the 7.5/14M range PM.
