Wind came up suddenly (and VERY unexpectedly) at 2. Parking lot at IB was full, so I decided to give Rainbow a try. Lots of people near the entrance, but fewer and fewer the further North I went; several vacant picnic sites with easy water access. About the usual degree of gustiness. Saw one kite still up as I drove home.
