Posted: Sun Apr 21, 2013 9:25 pmWarm, sunny day, sketchy wind (a few decent gusts, lots of prolonged lulls). Air temp about 60, water in the high 40s. Water level continues to rise; according the Wasatch Wave, the plan is to fill DC to 95% of capacity - probably about there now. Five cars at BWB.
