Showed up at BWB around 2pm. Alex and Hot Toddie were already out. Had a very nice time, especially after sweating in my wetsuit and not getting in the water yesterday. Kited for about 2 hours. Andrew, Spencer, Dave, Leo, Steve and a few others made it out as well.

4/3 suit was perfect. Water felt good given the heat.

Fun day! The wind could have been stronger. But it was consistent by DC standard. I almost made it to the Island Beach with my 12 meter Adi Kites Ignite and 139 twin tips. So, that's not a bad day.

As Leo said, very smooth wind, but could have been stronger (or we could have used bigger sails). Three poleboarders at Chucktown (George 7.5, Dave 7.0, and me 7.0/8.5 ).
Water is warming up rapidly; I measured an amazing (for this time of year) 64 just below the surface.
