Aug 8 Bear Lake - 13M big board
Posted: Tue Aug 13, 2013 4:20 pmI was up at Scout camp for the week last week. Took gear along just in case. Sure enough, Monday night the north wind came in, looking good. I got my camp site secure and then pumped up my 13m. I took off and the wind died. 
I haven't seen it die that fast in the past with the North wind. Then Thursday late afternoon it came up again from the E/SE. I haven't had too many of those days there but I tried it again and enjoyed some good kiting. I finally stopped when it started being a side shore wind out of the south. It was nice to remember what kiting is like again.
