Craig hit it again: Thanks for the green light for Sulfur. Judi and I arrived at 12:30 and the wind arrived at 1:00. Right on time! Sarah, Linda, Doug, Kim(!), Marty, Duane, John, Steve and a host of others ripped for about 4 1/2 hours. I came off a plane once or twice but never had a reach without a ride. A classic Sulfur day! Sizes ranged from Sarah's 106 JP to Duane's Hypersonic. My thanks to the wind gods and their lesser messengers. Dimo, sorry you had car trouble, we missed your presence.

Lucky dogs. What sails were out? How was the water temp? I imagine it's warming now.

Most sailors were on 6's to mid 7's. Ken may have been on something smaller but he was on the water too fast to get a read. The board sizes ranged from Sarah's 106 JP to Cruiser class.
The water is brisk but bearable. I did get dunked briefly and it felt good to cool off a little. Take note that the road has several sections that are reduced to 2 lanes. It makes the drive slightly longer but still well worth it.

I know Marty and Doug don't kite in Wyoming ever, but, what size kites would they have been flying and how might their session had been if they were there? Carl- I guess you should have gone up instead of going to the gay pride parade?

If I were to take a stab at it I would suspect an 11m Instinct would do the job if sailors are on 6's and 7's.

Kiting at Sulphur is a safety challenge.
I would not recomend (water) kiting at Sulphur!!!!!!

Doug would have been on his 11M
I would have been on 13M Instinct (I don't have an 11M, yet.)
We would have had a couple of good, but short sessions,
until the lulls would end the session.
The NW direction would have been good,
because drifting would have been to the south shore,
compared to the predominatly SW flow,
that would have you drifting to Rock Springs.
Boat support could solve that issue.
