While the last 2 days were surprisingly strong, this was predicted to be the biggest Grants day this week and no disappointment. 7 windsurfers and a bunch of wingers flew around the lake like arrows while plenty of fishermen and paddlers watched. The wind was already up at 6:30 when I got there and it blew hard until 10:45. It reached 26g33 at the high point on the Grants south meter. Absolutely screaming reaches on my little 86L slalom board. Water temp is tolerable but the level is dropping fast. Definitely getting hot fast when we left.
