Warm but gusty, a la DC kind of day. Lots of rides in the straps and one great launch by a gust. River traffic is picking up a bit. No other sailors. Our local friend, Carl, just had elbow surgery so he's off the water for a bit. Finally got my last warning from the ranger to keep my rig off the beach. Katherines campground is virtually empty.
