4/24 rush solo sesh
Posted: Wed Apr 25, 2007 7:13 amwhere was everybody?!?!? at lincoln i guess. winds were weird. stockton wind meter showed mid teens while my meter on the ground showed a marginal 8 mph. when i first got there it was upper teens by my wind meter, so i rigged a 14M. what a mistake. got to try my new WLF though and successfully had a solo session rigging, launching, and landing all by my lonesome so all was not lost i guess. rode mostly underpowered for abotu 20 minutes, came in and waited. got excited by another gust and some small whitecaps and by the time i got halfway across the lake, it died out again.
