Wind came up around 1:30 and never got that strong. However, it was a great day. I used my new starboard f-type 158 and a 10.0 retro. I reach a top speed of 22.9mph. I'm loven the GPS. My friend steve showed up with a 9.0 and 162 liter carve. We both got good rides most of the day. We left at 5:00.

The Bradshaws and I were sailing out of Charleston Bridge (DCCB). Paul and I were both on 9.5s and formula boards. My best speed was 23.6; I, too, love my GPS. How's the water temp at the deep end? In the shallows at the Midway end, it's up to 58!

George Ward measured it at 56. I wish I was sailing to day. Looks great at Gransville and I'm sure DC will be at least as good as yesterday. Next time I'm coming up to DC we should get together and sail from the Island to SBB. My cell is 801-502-3217.
