Jake Brody and I all started at Rush but it was hateful gusty from the NW. Packed it up and head to LB. We were (Jake stay home and tend his kids) rewarded with a great PM session on the 11's-12's. Launch is a bit rocky but kiting was Surperb. Kites and wet suit are clean again. Nice to rig and derig on Grass. Swell and flat water it's a great place to bad it doesn't get a South. lots of kites in the sky

Nice after work ride. I rode for about 2 hours. Left around 7:30 while others still on the water. Pulled the depower strap a bit and all was great on th 13m instinct! To bad this hit suddenly mid week, would have been great day for the downwinder. Best wind in a long time! Good friends good wind and Fun!

So good

It was so good I can't even sleep! Rode 11m and 131 board, I spent the whole time trying to be like Len10 ( just trying), Chris threw some airs over the road! some how Jason Morton held down a 15? it was just sick! Sure missed Jake out there after our morning trek to rush, but made sure his board didn't miss the session  !!!!

YEAH... Wednesday wind took us completely off guard on the North... It would have been good...

What I'm realizing is... This downwinder is going to have to be even a MORE SPUR OF THE MOMENT thing than I'd like... Especially when our window of opportunity is wearing thin... I don't want it to go into June if we can help it... I agree... I was working all day, ALL DAY, isn't that something, ;) and I didn't even get a chance to look at the wind yesterday till evening! Oh well... So, if we get a similar day it's on guys.

Wind blowing while we are working. This why we need a stock ticker for wind. So at the bottom of your computer screen you get a running bb of the current wind (ofcouse in red, green font colors.)

So when your coworkers hear you scream "by by by, sail, sail, sail!" Followed by a dash out of the office, they will think you are working on your retirement portfolio.

They would say to each other, "man everytime the market goes nuts he takes off."
