Pineview 8/29 Stringtown Road 13m bul/door
Posted: Wed Aug 29, 2007 5:57 pmLike a sucker, I showed up at 1pm expecting wind. Napped, made some phone calls. Bout the time I was going to leave 3pm, saw some shiny ripple action up at wind surfer beach. Waited a little while longer, wind came, pumped up. Rode 3:30 - 4:30pm. Not as good as yesterday, but spent less time jumping and made it upwind further past cemetary point and to the boat launch just shy of wind surfer beach. Wind got hole-y and headed back. Packed up, winds and white caps still going when I left.
Most of the wind was upwind of the Stringtown launch.
