Arrived around 2:30pm to a lake full of white capes and only a small fishing boat--no sailors or ranger to tell me to move my truck off the beach. Hardly came off a plane for the first hour and then it back off a notch. I continued to ride solo until nearly 5pm when it had back off enough that to continue I would've had to rig a 7.5

Great redemption after getting skunked yesterday. First time solo at DC on a warm windy day and no other sailors. Made me nervous at first.

Pulled into DC about 5 after getting skunked at Lindon, Rigged a 13 meter and surf board combo, sailed with 2 friends from out of town they flew 7meter and 9, (lite girls). rode intill dark, mmmm good!
