For the first time in a decade the gates closed at Skyline. A combination of heavy snow and wind has over taken the highway and closed the road to the normal riding area on highway 31 at milepost 14. The Gooseberry parking and road to Electric lake and Schofield are open, allowing riding in the deep powder in the lower valley of Skyline.

Reports came in that light wind rides were had today at the Gooseberry area (Monday).

The gate to Skyline re open around 630pm.

Jeff and I road at the bottom of Skyline. It was light and the snow was Epic.
Jeff and I did some gliding and boost up and down the hill. Who need nuking wind when you can get big air in light wind.

We will be at Skyline to get the first track tomorrow morning. Who want to race us to get first track?
