Totally Awesome! My first time in the water, I was under the guidance of Billy Bordy. There was a whole flock of kites out there. It was funner than I imagined and I saw some things that blew me away! Bordy's a great instructor! Thanks to everyone for being patient with the new guy and making me feel welcome.

Good night for everyone, WE had new kiters Kent and Constance out in the water making it happen. Lots of friendly faces, Jesse and Jake found their way over from SSB, Lots of simles and a packed house. Pattern looks about the same for this eve, Craig says no wind sailflow.com says same pattern. Hope to see everyone out again tonight.

Last night was a blast and well worth the drive. I got on the freeway, thought it wasn't going to happen, got off, turned around and made a call to Mike and Todd. Got back on the freeway, drove to 21st south exit, called the windtalker(said WNW 8 at PVU), turned around again and went home! Talked to the guys on the beach who said they were very optimistic and just didn't want to miss it so I got back on the freeway and drove down. Was really light at first, Ryan went out on the 25m Gaastra and was doing well. Then it picked up and we all went out for a great session. Lots of butter hogs!!! Ry, consequently, never came in on the 25m!!! BTW- He said he kited on his 13m at Bear Lake for three hours on Sunday on north wind. Ate tacos aft with Jake and Jesse! Counted 11 kites in the air. Marty? You loaded up?

glad you made it down monday, Jason!

sorry for all the butter hogging. it is hard to resist going banannas after not kiting for so long. i didn't realize, but it had been 4 weeks since the last time i kited. that dosen't sound that long to non-kiters, but to you guys i'm sure it sounds like a bit. especially for those that get to hit deer creek like every day. uh, billy. i also just got carried away- so sorry if i was the butter hog. i will try better to share next time. it wasn't out of spite, i promise and i wasn't trying to block anyone out if they felt that a way.

anyway, great sesh and thanks for not running me off the beach...
