Found out at 2:45 I made it to the 1 year mark cancer free. Time to celebrate. I left work at 3:20 with the temp showing 44 and decided not to head to UL. But it was 55 at Bangeter and I turned south. I got there to see 5 sailors on 4.7's and Carl on something big of course. My back was already trashed for the day but I couldn't resist. I sailed the 4.7 for a little over an hour very powered up and with Eric finally being the only one out with me. I had to use my Sonic 85 as I hadn't brought the Gorge board. Even a 4.7 Wave sail can make the Sonic scream. I quit when my hands got too cold but it was just as well as the back was just starting to spasm. The sun went behind the mountain before I drove off. It was a great after work session.

Congrats on your 1 year anniversary, and I hope you have many many many more! Glad you got to sail also.

Ken You Rule! So glad to hear your report, of C Free. I also wish you many more years! I think most people's back's would be spasming after the hours that you put in sailing. I only wish I could keep up with you. Smiles on you! SR
