1-29 Skyline 12m Manta
Posted: Fri Jan 30, 2009 10:39 amStrong day at Skyline. Amazing snow...getting wind blown on the hill... huge cornices now. Some skiers were ripping on 7 meters, 12 meters were getting nice air.
Lots of new faces...crazy to see kiters camped at the Skyline Motel during every day this week. Several mountain campers as well, in the last 5 days crews from West Virginia, Michigan, California, and Colorado have bivied at Skyline. Motor homes, trailers and trucks, crazy managerie of road tripping kiters.
Also Seth from Minnesota who is road tripping all over the west.
