12-19, silver meadow, 12 manta
Posted: Sat Dec 19, 2009 5:11 pmSurprise session in the wester Uintas today. Went out to just bang around on trails on my sled and found pretty good wind. Good thing I had my gear. Good and powered on 12m and pretty good snow too. This is a fun spot and really quick access with a sled. Park at Noblett's (Woodland) and ride up highway 35 just past Wolf Creek campground. Turn left near the silver meadow sign and viola... wind! W-NW are best direstions.
