Had a really nice solo twilight session at the udot field. Had some things to take care of after work, but thought we might get a push ahead of the front late. I was right. Arrived about 4:45, was rigged and riding by 5:00 Rode til it got dark around 5:45, then rode for another 45 mins since it was so good. had to ditch the goggles to see anything around 6, kite til almost 6:30. Wind was mid-high teens. The 14m was a bit much at times, had some trim pulled in most of the session. coverage has filled in nicely there, just some grass sticking up in places, which helped me in the low light.

For the more adventurous kiters out there, i made sure the gate at the NE end of the field was open to access the farmers' fields in the valley.

Where is UDOT?

I hope you had permission to open that gate?

i never said that i opened the gate. you may have inferred that, but i did not say that.

UDOT field is near home depot.
