Posted: Sat Jun 05, 2010 8:23 amThe wind at DC was stronger in the early hours. I was on a 13, switched to a 9, but felt underpowered. Went back out on the 13 and came in when the wind started getting squirrelly. Billy had baby duty so he must have gone out later in the afternoon at DC. I surprised the wind was not stronger at UL. It must have come in strong after dark.
