Todd, Jim, Mike, Pete, Jake, along with me and a few others had the entire CC to ourself. Snow is soft and the lake is looking iffy on some spots. You can see puddles of water already. Wind was pretty decent and we all had good time from 12 to 4. I wish I had a GPS with me. I swear I was going 50+ on some rides.

Fred and I had a killer day at the View Area skatepark. We ventured downwind to the big glide hill and I managed a personal best 45 second glide. Waxed the board 3 times to keep the slush from slowing us down but by about 5:30 the last waxing didn't even work. It was so sticky and slow it felt like we were kiting through mud. The reach back to the car wasn't even fun (it was that bad). Either the temps need to drop or it's Skyline until their snow there turns to garbage as well. I'm hoping for some more strawberry days as there's still plenty of snow, but at the end of the day it was bad enough to make me think about water.

Myself I would agree with you Dave however instead of mud it felt like I was dragging my board thru velcro I bet if you could have had a wall full of that snow your board would have stuck to it my legs were killing me when I made it back from Jakes Hill
