8/13 Grantsville 5.4 and 111 Carve con un poco GoPro
Posted: Sun Aug 14, 2011 2:40 pmNice flat h20 blasting around with lots of fisherman (no boats or jet skis). Water refreshing and high near the fence. Everything felt dialed in. I played with a new mount on the clew for a GoPro. One of our friends from Chatham was in Los Barilles and had it on the clew for the Lord of the Winds. Works pretty good, but I have to tweak it a bit. Took a chance with the wind forecast from iwindsurf as Craig wasn't online yet. Craig, your forecasts are greatly appreciated. Thanks for the time and esp. the expertise with the daily dose.
By the way, got skunked at Lincoln Friday. I see that it was a good session but late. maybe thats the key. It fills in late there. Any better predictors than Bluffdale or Provo airport? I will be going back. Nice launch, rigging and sailing area.
