Peter,
That is a long glide!
Where is Empire Pass? When I tried to look it up on Google Earth, up came a lot of locations around Deer Valley, but no specific spot. From your video it looks like there is a fair amount of terrain. Please give us the 411 on how to get there and what wind directions work.
Thanks,
Kenny

Did you guys take a sled up or hiked up from the resort side?
Nice glide guys!!
Kenny- Empire pass by the Empire chairlift. You can't hike from the chairlift to get there I believe unless they change it.

Kenny, google lake brimhall. its the area ENE of there, between the lake and 224/152 on the map. 224/152 is closed winters, so it's usually about a 30-40 minute skin/hike from the gate (which is why its not kited much - I've made the hike a few times) along the road, which is groomed for snowmobilers, but the road has probably been clear in recent weeks so you can drive to it (until last night, anyway). You can usually drive it very early and very late season. The area is also known as bonanza flats and you can look down into the area from the top of McConkeys lift in PC. From the area, you can see S to Heber and it would probably work on anything SE-SW. I've heard that the area is slated to be developed eventually, but it will probably be quite a few years until that happens.
