Posted: Thu Apr 05, 2012 8:35 amNo, that's not a typo - I really was getting rides on DC on a 4.0; occasional bouts of schlogging, but mostly powered up to borderline OP! George opted for a 5.2 and reported that he was good most of the time, but OP in the biggest gusts.
Sure enough, right at 11 the wind started up:
