ALLEGEDLY, STOLEN KITE FOUND BY DRAPER DETECTIVE

I am a detective with Draper City Police. I recently served a search warrant on a man’s home in South Salt Lake. We found lots of stolen property, including a *BRAND* kite. This person claimed the kite is his but could not accurately describe it. The serial number has been cut off. It looks and smells brand new. It is *COLORS* in color. It is a size *SIZE*. It has a *BRAND* harness attached to it. I have contacted all retailers in Utah and they are not missing any kites. I’m hoping you may have heard of someone complaining theirs was stolen in the last 1-3 months. I would like to find the owner, looks like these are pretty expensive, but it’s hard without the serial number. Any help would be apprectiated.
