It's awsome,
mostly the reason I'm going back in a few weeks...
in the photo,
Fort Stevens Jetty (where Columbia River enters the ocean)
it's a 4 mile downwinder to Peter Iredale shipwreck...
Then you can drive on the beach from the shipwreck to
sunset beach, another 7 miles.
Why do a downwinder?
The angle of the wind keep you on the face of the waves.
I may demo a surf specific directional next time.
