Here you go Ken O.......I finally found a solution, that has worked well for me. No more numb fingers and painful throbbing arms through the night, I'm sleeping comfortably now, and windsurfing with comfort too.
Here's what worked for me. It's called a Dyna-Flex. I saw one on a guys desk that I worked with, and didn't think too much about it. But then I saw them at REI and picked up the package and read about it. It said for the rehab of CT and TE the two problems that I'm having. So back at work I asked the guy if I could try it out, and he showed me how it worked. It's about the size of a tennis ball, you spin the wheel inside and work the ball in a circular motion, which moves the gyroscope inside. The faster you go the heavier it feels. Even after useing it for just a couple of days I could tell a difference, and after about 2 weeks I felt no more numbness or pain. Here's a web link if you want to take a look and read about it. http://www.dynaflex-intl.com/ then go to...gyro exercisers.
Good Luck....I hope you find the relief that I have...SR

Thanks Sarah

I got one Monday night and tried it out. Its a little strange to use at first. I tried it again the next night after mowing the lawn. The vibration from the mower gives the wrists fits. I didn't have the strength left to get it rotating. I think that is a sure sign that I need to build those muscles and that the ball is going to be the perfect tool. Thanks Sarah.

There's a wrist excercise that I use but I'm not sure I can explain it on this forum without getting in trouble

That might exacERBATE the problem though... And I don't think he has the time at the your higher dosages!!! he he ;) Couldn't resist... And don't use the ol' I learned it from watching you OK!!! Excuse, because 1. that's sick and 2. It's wrong!

Get down to Yuba if you can.
