I can hear a future pro and con discussion coming on, Waroo vs. Bulroo.

Jake & Bordy,

How does the one pump affect the pressure in the struts. Is there a noticeable loss in performance or does it perform about the same? One of the primary reasons, I don't use the Waroos on the snow is that I hate pumping in the cold. A one pump would sure make things simpler. I could then use my electric pump and keep my hands warm.

What size do you have for testing?

Jake,

I love the Waroo. The biggest new advantage for me with the bularoo is the one-pump. I dont really have a problem with my kites "fluttering", or inverting in changing wind conditions. Relaunching is not a problem. What is the biggest benefit of the Bularoo over the waroo other than one-pump? I can see how the extra material where it counts is important especially for land boarding.

I have only played with the kite, inflate deflate etc. The quality of the kite is sick. The new leading edge seam is sick. the valves are sick. It has a cabrhina style large valve on the leading edge no tubes from leading edge to struts, a mid aspect profile. And lots of little extras that really make your first impresion of the kite great!

Jake had a 10 he was testing. Perhaps some questions from the Utah crew on the Best forum would move some more DEMOS into his hands.

The kite makes no noise while flying and while I was flying a 06 waroo 12 Jake was just as powered on the 10 most days.

There was even a day when the San Fran crew had Contra 14s out and Jake was ripping on the 10 Bul.

I hope they release it soon so I can fly Jakes..... It really looks like a land kiters dream.

Kenny, I really like the waroos in the snow. There has been days I am flying my 9 all day and have plenty of power to go any where and almost any height while I have seen the Foil kites out are as big as 12s. Last week Jake and I rode 9s all day and could relaunch in light winds that foil kiters had to walk to there kite and reshape to relaunch.

Jake is the funniest I'll watch him go help begginer/indermedate foil kiters relaunch all day. He rides up on the Bul or War sets it down Shapes their kite. Effertly relaunches his own kite and then rides away. I really like foils but as a new Kiter have really had a easy time learning to kite better with the Bow. The Bul seems to take alot of the Fragile aspects of a lei kite away..
